Biographies

John Woller, Sr.
John, known as “Big John” to family and Summit Treestand employees, is a legendary figure in the hunting industry. Known as the innovator of the climbing treestand, Big John is the former head of Summit Treestands and still influences the business as a product developer and spokesman (he’s also “Lab Coat Guy”). John recognized the need for a quality climber back in the late 1960s and created his first climber in the early 1970s. A former Alabama State Archery Champion, John has been bowhunting more than 35 years and has plenty of big game animals to his credit.

Johnny Woller, Jr.
Johnny is currently General Manager of PRADCO Outdoor Brands, which owns Summit Treestands, Knight Rifles, Moultrie Feeders, Knight & Hale Game Calls, Code Blue Scents and Carry-Lite Decoys. He previously served as General Manager of Summit Treestands for 12 years. Johnny is a lifelong hunter with more than 100 whitetails to his credit (one Pope & Young) and several big bull elk. Bowhunting is one of his passions and he hunts almost exclusively with archery equipment, although his hunting interests also include waterfowl, turkeys and upland game. Johnny has been married 24 years and has three kids, all of whom love hunting.

Ron Woller
Ron is currently Chief Engineer for PRADCO Outdoor Brands and served as Summit’s Operation Manager for a dozen years. Ron is a lifelong hunter who pursues big game with a bow, taking two bull elk that qualified for Pope & Young and more than 100 whitetails. He’s been married more than 20 years and has two children.

Will Woller
Will is Marketing and Advertising Manager for Summit Treestands, a position he’s held for more than 12 years. Although he’s killed for than 100 whitetails with a bow, in the last two years has taken up muzzleloading as well. His hunting credits include bear, elk, bears and African plains game all taken with a bow. Will has been married 19 years and has three children.

Keith Jones
Keith is Product Development Manager for Summit Treestands and has been with the company five years. Keith is the inventor of the Seat-O-The-Pants Safety Harness and was President of Fall Woods, which produced the harness. When Summit Treestands purchased Fall Woods, Keith came along to work with Summit. He’s hunted exclusively with a bow for more than 35 years and has interest in recurves and compound bows. Keith has more than 200 whitetails to his credit, along with bear, elk, mule deer and turkeys.
